Scope

This Limited Warranty applies to all Metal Marshmallow branded products, and only those products. These are Metal Marshmallow II, Metal Marshmallow Pro, Marshmallow DIY, and Marshmallow DIY kit.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Metal Marshmallow will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Metal Marshmallow will also cover shipping costs assocaited with those repairs or replacements.

What will we do to correct problems?

Metal Marshmallow will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or will replace the Product with an identical or equivalent Product in the event that an identical Product is not available.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Metal Marshmallow is 60 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. It moreover does not cover consequential damages, or damages caused by the Product.

Can a non-defective product be returned?

Any product covered by this warranty can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the date of purchase, provided that the product is in the same condition it was in when it was received. If it is not being returned due to defects in material or workmanship, the original purchase price will be refunded, but the customer pays all associated shipping costs.
